Gulf Oaks is a monthly RV Park, catering to those who need a space for an extended period of time, whether you are enjoying the RV life one long stop at a time, or you are working on assignment at the many great jobsites in our area.
Our waterfront RV park is located on Pitts Bayou. It is a peaceful park in a great location. Our park is central to everything you could need in regards to groceries, restaurants, RV resources and wash bays. We are within 30 minutes from Panama City Beach in one direction, and Mexico Beach in the other. Downtown Panama City and Historic St. Andrews are full of options and are just minutes away. One of our favorite restaurants, Rodeo’s Steak Pit & Seafood, is walking distance from the park.
We have many guests who are contract workers for Tyndall Air Force Base, FDOT, FPL, and Eastern Shipbuilding, all jobs within a 10 minute drive from our park.
